Hiring rarely breaks at the interview. It breaks at everything around it.
A role goes live and turns into inboxes, spreadsheets and reminders. Founders run every first call themselves, feedback gets lost in chat threads, and good candidates wait a week for a reply — then take another offer.
HireXAI replaces the five tools and the spreadsheet with one connected system: the job post, the careers page, the screening round, the panel and the decision, all in one place.
02 — What I built

Companies, candidates and experts each get their own app on the same data. The company dashboard answers one question first — what needs a decision today — with every open role and where each candidate sits in the pipeline.
The first round runs while you sleep.
AI phone screening is just another pipeline stage. The company writes the questions and sets the pass mark; the call runs on its own, and the score, transcript and a match against the job description land on the candidate's card by morning.
Structured feedback, filed blind.
Every interviewer scores the same criteria, and colleagues' scorecards unlock only after your own is in — so nobody anchors on the loudest voice. Team roles are enforced on the server, not by hiding buttons.
Experts get paid per interview.
Verified experts take mock interviews and real rounds on their own calendar. Booking, live interview rooms on LiveKit and weekly Stripe payouts are handled around them.
