01 — The problem
Property portals are long forms and longer filter lists — and none of them tell you whether the land is safe to buy.
Buyers scroll through dozens of filters, sellers fill twenty-field forms, and nobody explains RERA registration, HYDRAA lake-buffer rules or thirty years of encumbrance records until something goes wrong.
Jameendar replaces the forms with a conversation. Bhoomi understands plain English, हिंदी and తెలుగు — typed or spoken — searches only verified listings, and walks sellers through a listing one question at a time.
02 — What I built

Tap Talk and say what you want — “a three BHK in Kokapet, east facing, under two crore.” Bhoomi listens live, searches only verified listings and answers out loud, with the matching homes on screen.

Each property gets a Title Deed Intelligence Report — RERA, waterbody and buffer risk, ownership records, encumbrance, land conversion and litigation — rolled into a 0–100 Jameendar Trust Score. The basics are free; the deep checks unlock as a paid report.
